7. The TV executive who once said that only one commercial per break was a silly idea.
6. The nut that declared birth control advertising during network primetime as taboo, yet bowel movement products are fine for the dinner hour.
5. The guy who decided that Wal-mart shoppers needed constant noise from TV advertising.
4. The moron that declared bad celebrity behavior to be considered national news.
3. The A-hole who decided that TV channels should advertise an upcoming program during the airing of a current show.
2. The techno nerd who created moving Internet advertising and pop-ups.
1. The guy that suggested that police could make law enforcement profitable with the adoption of miltary radar technology.
