I can tell you about my part of the mountain NW. Litbrit informs me about the Florida atmosphere with Rick Scott as governor, etc. We need lots more of this. I don't think the "beltway" types can tell us much of anything anymore. Not with any accuracy anyway. "What's the Matter with Kansas?" They don't know.
